2 cups of milk
8 crushed eggs
2 kilos sausage, gentle or scorching and spicy
16 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature.
32 ounces frozen, shredded hash browns
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350*
Cook dinner the sausages nicely, drain the fats
Stir cream cheese into sausage and put aside
Add the hash browns to the skillet and cook dinner till flippantly browned
Grease solely the underside of a 9 x 13 pan and place the hash browns evenly on the underside
Prime with cream cheese and sausage combination
Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on high
Combine the milk, eggs and seasonings then pour over the casserole
