CrockPot Pineapple Pork Loin



3 pound pork loin, trimmed and defatted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

8 garlic cloves, freshly minced

¼ cup soy sauce

1 giant can of pineapple chunks, with juice

½ cup mild brown sugar


In a skillet over medium-high warmth, add the olive oil and sear the pork loin for two to three minutes on either side

Rub the pork loin with the minced garlic

Add the soy sauce and the can of pineapple chunks, in addition to the juice
