– 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
– 3 tablespoons of butter
– 3 tablespoons of flour
– 1 1⁄2 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 sprint of cayenne pepper
– 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
– 1⁄2 cup grated cheese, to sprinkle on prime
– Paprika
Directions:
– In a small saucepan, soften the butter and stir within the flour.
