Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo



1 pound contemporary or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces fettuccine noodles, raw

2 ½ teaspoons minced contemporary garlic

2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

½ cup of milk

2 cups of rooster broth

1 to 1 ½ cups heavy whipped cream

1 cup grated parmesan

A small pinch of nutmeg (optionally available)

Salt and pepper to style
