Philly Steak Quesadillas



2 medium burritos

½ inexperienced bell pepper, sliced

½ purple bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

½ pound good high quality steak (rib eye is the frequent selection), chopped or sliced
