Christmas Cranberry Loaf


2 cups sugar
3 eggs,room temperature
¾ cup butter,room temperature
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
1teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1(8 oz) bag contemporary cranberries

¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
⅓ cup butter

1 Preheat oven to 350 levels F and completely grease 2 loaf pans (this can be made as one very giant
loaf orin a 9-inch cake pan).
2 In a big bowl, add eggs and sugar and beatfor 5 minutes, or untilthe quantity ofthe combination has practically
doubled (don’t skip this step!).
