Slow-Cooker Potato, Broccoli and Cheddar Soup


° 1 onion, chopped

° 1 carrot, chopped

° A bunch of chopped celery

° 2 minced garlic cloves

° A tablespoon of butter

° 2.5 cups of rooster broth

° 2 tablespoons of flour

° A cup of milk

° 2 potatoes, small cubes

° 4 cups broccoli flower, small cubes

° 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

° 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan


Chop the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in a meals processor, soften the butter in a saucepan over medium warmth and add the chopped greens. Stir for five minutes.

Add the flour, salt and pepper and blend effectively, add the broth, milk and potato cubes, and convey to a boil, depart to face for quarter-hour.

Add the broccoli flower and the Parmesan and depart to face for five minutes. Add the cheddar cheese, combine effectively and take away from the warmth.
