1 1/2 to 2 kilos potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
4 tablespoons melted butter (divided)
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon recent chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 giant clove of garlic (pressed)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
1/2 cup good high quality grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
Steps to Make It
Collect the components.
Warmth the oven to 375 F.
Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of the melted butter, onion, if utilizing, parsley, garlic powder or pressed garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss to mix the components and coat the potatoes totally.
