These oven-fried potatoes are the right addition to any meal. They’re nice with rooster or steak. Add your favourite veggie facet dish and spherical up your dinner with a dessert, similar to a pie topped with ice cream, for a filling and satisfying feast.


  • 5 kilos pink potatoes, thinly sliced or cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup butter, diced
  • Salt and pepper to style

How To Make Oven Fried Potatoes And Onions

Preheat oven to 400 levels F (200 levels C). Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.

Place potatoes in a good layer in greased dish. Sprinkle onion and bacon over potatoes, then dot with butter. Cowl dish with foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Take away foil and stir potatoes. Flip oven to broiler setting and permit potatoes to brown for about 5 minutes, till crispy. It’s possible you’ll have to stir each minute or so to realize even browning. Serve instantly.
