One Pot Cheesy Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole



2 tablespoons olive oil

3 boneless, skinless rooster breasts

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of pepper

1 cup raw basmati rice OR lengthy grain rice

2 ½ cups rooster broth

1 bag (12 oz) frozen steamed broccoli

2 cups grated cheddar cheese


In a big skillet (ensure it has a lid) over medium-high warmth, add the olive oil, rooster, salt and pepper.
