Lots of you can be aware of Woolworths’ beloved lunch counter. Woolworths is well-known for its signature Icebox Cheesecake. We don’t know the way this basic was forgotten, however we’re so glad that we did and recreated it. Woolworth Icebox Cheesecake, a no-bake lemon dessert, is simple to make and is ideal for if you need one thing mild and refreshing on the finish.

This was the primary time that I made this cheesecake recipe. I can say that I fell in love with it immediately! You don’t must bake this. All it’s worthwhile to do is to put it contained in the fridge to sit back for a few hours! Do that recipe now, and I’m 100% sure that you just and your family members are going to love it! What a refreshing deal with that is!

  • 1 (3 oz.) bundle lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) bundle cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled

How To Make No-Bake Woolworth Icebox Cheesecake

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water. Let cool 5-10 minutes, or till barely thick.
  2. Whereas jello cools, combine 3/4 graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl, then press into the underside of 9×13-inch pan and put aside. Reserve remaining crumbs for topping.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat evaporated milk till whipped and fluffy. 2-4 minutes.
  4. In a separate, giant bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice collectively till clean. Add in thickened jello, then fold in whipped evaporated milk.
  5. Unfold filling evenly over crust and prime with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Cowl and chill at the least 2 hours, or in a single day. Slice, serve, and luxuriate in!
