Easy Peasy Mexican Rice



1 small onion diced

1 pound floor beef

2 tablespoons taco seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup salsa

Salt and pepper to style

1 cup white rice

1 ½ cups beef broth

8 ounces of tomato sauce

1 can (15 ounces) complete kernel corn, drained

1 cup Fiesta Mix shredded cheese
