INGREDIENTS
220 full fats milk
150g granulated sugger
450ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the milk and suggar right into a medium bowl and whisk till the sugger has dissolved . Stir within the cream and vanilla , cowl and refrigerate for no less than 2 hours, ideally over evening.
