Crunchy Chicken Casserole



2 cups hen, cooked and shredded

8 ounces egg noodles, cooked in line with package deal instructions

1 can of cream of hen

1 cup bitter cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated, divided

1 ½ cups fried onions


Preheat the oven to 350*

Spray a 10-inch baking dish with nonstick spray

Put the cooked noodles in a bowl

Add the soup, bitter cream, shredded hen, garlic powder and half the cheese to the bowl

Combine nicely till they’re completely mixed

Switch the combination to the baking dish and place within the oven.

Bake for 25 minutes, till the casserole is bubbly and begins to show golden brown

Take away from oven, garnish with fried onions and remaining cheese

Return to the oven and prepare dinner for one more 10 minutes.

Depart to chill for 10 minutes earlier than serving
