Cream of Mushroom Chicken Breasts



2 rooster breasts, halved lengthwise

8 ounces of mushrooms

½ cup inexperienced onions, chopped

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons white cooking wine

¾ cup milk, lowered fats


Season the rooster breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan and place the rooster breasts within the pan

Prepare dinner over medium warmth till rooster is cooked via

Take away the rooster and put aside

Put the inexperienced onions and mushrooms within the pan with the remaining of the olive oil

Sauté till softened

Cut back warmth to medium

Stir in cornstarch and stir till clean

Moisten with cooking wine and cook dinner for a couple of minutes

Slowly add the lowered fats milk and simmer till it thickens

To serve, pour sauce over rooster and garnish with parsley
