INGREDIENTS
- 10 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 candy onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup hen broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups cooked hen breast, lower into small cubes
- Salt & Pepper to style
PREPARATION
- Cook dinner noodles al dente, based on package deal instructions.
- In a big skillet, soften butter over medium-high warmth. Stir in onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, peas, and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook dinner for about 3 minutes till onions are comfortable and translucent. Stir in flour till mixed.
- Pour in hen broth and heavy cream and convey to a boil. Cut back to a simmer. Stir sometimes till thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to skillet, together with the hen. Add extra salt and pepper to style and serve up sizzling. Take pleasure in!
