Chicken Breast Stuffed With Hot Bacon, Spinach


Elements :

4 slices of bacon (crispy cooked and reduce into small items)

1 ea. chopped spinach

1 ea. chopped artichoke hearts

4 ounces of cream cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup bitter cream

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/3 teaspoon purple pepper flakes

Directions :

Sauté the spinach and artichokes in 2 teaspoons of butter over medium warmth for 3 minutes.

Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and bitter cream, combine effectively and take away from warmth. Add remaining elements and blend effectively. Reserve a teaspoon of chopped bacon for garnish.

Wash the rooster breasts (4) and reduce a 2 inch incision within the thick a part of the meat. Season effectively with garlic seasoned onion powder, floor thyme, salt and pepper to style.

Preheat the oven to 400°

Deliver a grill or skillet to medium-high warmth, oil effectively and sear the breasts for about 7 minutes on either side till calmly crispy and golden brown.

Use a fork to carry the brisket open whereas pouring the dip. Shut every with toothpicks. Bake for about half-hour till cooked by.

Brush with cooking juices about midway by cooking. I served them with yellow rice.
