Banana Pudding Brownies

Components:

24 vanilla wafers

Filling:

8 oz cream cheese

1 field of vanilla pudding

1/3 cup milk

2 tablespoons banana extract

2 eggs

Brownies:

2 cups brown sugar

1/3 cup sugar

2 1/2 cups flour

1 cup melted butter

2 complete eggs + 1 yolk

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

To make the filling:

Combine cream cheese and vanilla pudding till nicely included.

Add milk and eggs and blend till mixed. Stir within the banana extract.

To make brownies:

Combine the sugars, butter, vanilla extract and eggs. Add flour, salt, baking powder.

Combine to kind a thick paste.

Line a 9×13 glass pan with parchment paper, leaving sufficient overhang to elevate the brownies out of the pan.
