Substances for 4 components:
400g potatoes
50 g grated parmesan
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Provencal herbs
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Wash the potatoes nicely, then with out peeling them, minimize them into 6 lengthwise. Put in a bowl and add the parmesan, garlic, oil, herbs, salt and pepper and blend nicely.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, additionally inserting the potatoes on it.
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes earlier than serving them with ketchup and do-it-yourself sauce.
