Substances:
2 cans (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups cooked rice
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces) cream of rooster soup (otherwise you use 1 can of every cream of rooster and cream of mushroom soup)
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of butter
Directions:
Prepare dinner the onion within the butter in a big skillet till tender.
Add the remainder of the substances and prepare dinner till the cheese is melted.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 (uncovered) for 1 hour.
To make forward and freeze: Combine all of the substances collectively (begin together with your cooked rice, not uncooked) and pour into two and even three small casserole dishes, cowl, label and freeze.
In case you are thawing in a single day, simply bake for an hour. If cooking from frozen, add about ten minutes, examine for doneness.
