1 pound floor sausage
2 tablespoons chives, freshly chopped
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
16 ounces of bitter cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon parsley, dried
8 ounces Velveeta, cubed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ teaspoon floor sage
Directions
Crumble and brown the minced sausage in a skillet
Drain the surplus fats from the pan
Preheat the oven to 350* and grease a 9×9 baking dish
In a mixing bowl, mix bitter cream, cream cheese, sage, parsley, and garlic powder, together with onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Combine till effectively blended
Stir in golden sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, Velveeta cubes and chives
Unfold the entire combination into the ready baking dish and place it within the scorching oven
Bake 50 to 60 minutes
Serve with crackers, chips, veggies or any of your different favorites.
