Slow Cooker Swiss Steak Recipe
Components:
6 average-sized beef blade steaks
1 average-sized onion, sliced
8 ounces recent mushrooms, thinly sliced
3/4 cup rooster broth
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper, for seasoning
1 tablespoon minced recent thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons delicate paprika
2 tablespoons chopped recent parsley
Directions:
Warmth 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium-high warmth. Season beef steaks with salt and pepper and brown on each side. Switch to the sluggish cooker.
