2 hen breasts, reduce into 1-inch items
¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 ½ cups multicolored bell peppers, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup tomatoes, chopped

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400*
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray
Place the reduce hen on the baking sheet
Place all of the reduce greens on the baking sheet with the hen
Sprinkle seasonings over reduce greens and hen
Combine hen and greens to mix all components and seasonings
Put within the oven and prepare dinner for 25 to half-hour.
Test that the hen is effectively cooked, if not, roast it for one more 5 to 10 minutes
