Elements:
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 giant eggs
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
1½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch sq. pan.
In a big bowl, whisk collectively flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In one other bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Pour moist into dry elements. Stir gently till simply mixed.
Pour the batter into the ready pan.
Bake for 28–32 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clear.
Cool barely. Slice and serve heat for a comfortable, comforting breakfast cake.
