First Layer Prep:
Flippantly spray 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Over medium warmth, soften milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips in small saucepan.
Stir collectively till fully melted and easy, then pour into the baking pan. Unfold the combination evenly with a spatula, then refrigerate till set.
Second Layer Prep:
Soften butter over medium-high warmth in saucepan.
Add sugar and evaporated milk and produce to boil.
Prepare dinner for five minutes, stirring always.
Take away from the warmth and rapidly combine in marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Add peanuts to combination and unfold evenly over chocolate layer.
Refrigerate till set.
