70 g cranberries
2 eggs
105 g acacia honey
100 g semi-wholemeal flour
100 g almond powder
70 ml grapeseed oil 🍇
1/2 spoon of bitter almond extract
Cooking Directions
1 Place the cranberries to swell in scorching water.
2 Preheat the oven to 180 levels.
3 Whisk collectively the eggs, bitter almond and honey 🍯.
4 Add the flour, yeast, almond powder, oil and cranberries. Combine gently with a spatula.
5 Pour into muffin molds and bake for about 20 minutes
