Sausage Gravy over Fresh Biscuits and Fried Taters and onions
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into skinny rounds
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
To make the sausage gravy:
In a big skillet, cook dinner the sausage over medium warmth till it’s browned and crumbled.
