Popcorn Shrimp

Substances:

  • 1 lb shrimp(455 g), deveined and peeled

SEASONED FLOUR:

  • 1 cup flour(125 g)
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


EGG MIXTURE:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning


Preparation:

  • In a medium bowl, add seasoned flour components. Combine properly.
  • Place half of the flour combination into a big zip lock bag, reserve the remaining.
  • Add the shrimp to the bag and shake till every shrimp is coated with flour. Shake off any extra flour.
  • In a separate bowl, add egg, milk, and cajun seasoning. Combine properly.
  • Dredge the floured shrimp within the egg combination, then coat with the contemporary seasoned flour combination. Warmth oil at 350°F (180°C).
  • Fry shrimp for a couple of minutes till golden brown and cooked via.
