Directions:
- Make the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter till mixed.
- Press the combination into the underside and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool utterly.
- Put together the Peanut Butter Filling:
- In a big mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract till clean and creamy.
- Fold within the whipped topping till absolutely integrated.
- Unfold the peanut butter combination evenly into the cooled crust.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache:
- Warmth heavy cream in a saucepan till it begins to simmer (don’t boil).
- Pour the recent cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir till clean.
- Enable the ganache to chill barely, then unfold it over the peanut butter filling.
- Chill and Serve:
