This Lemon Blueberry Bread recipe produces a wonderfully moist, flavorful and scrumptious loaf of fast bread! This bread is bound to be a brand new favourite!

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated lemon peel
