Kielbasa Soup with Potatoes. It is a soup that you’re going to fall in love with! It’s loaded with slices of Sausage that has barely crispy edges, potatoes which can be tender and fluffy, together with celery, carrots and onion.

Substances

1 pound Kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, freshly minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
½ cup celery, finely sliced
2 giant carrots, peeled and diced
4 cups Rooster Inventory
1 ½ kilos potatoes, diced
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 cups milk
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped roughly
Salt and Pepper to style
