- 1 pkg bacon, cooked
- 8 slices bread, toasted
- 4 giant roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup corn starch
- 3 eggs, whisked collectively
- 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup freshly made Ranch dressing
- Oil for deep frying
Technique
- Cook dinner the bacon and take away from the pan putting it on a paper towel lined plate.
2. Dip the toasted bread within the bacon grease and put aside.
