- 2 cups 6 oz. pure unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Lyle’s Golden Syrup or gentle corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
Vanilla marshmallows
- 4 1/2 teaspoons unflavored powdered gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup chilly water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup gentle corn syrup divided
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coating: 1 1/2 components cornstarch to 1 half confectioners’ sugar whisked collectively
