GREEN CHILE CHEESEBURGER
Substances
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 lb. floor beef sirloin (90% lean)
- 3/4 lb. floor beef chuck (80% lean)
- 6 slices American or Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. New Mexican Connection Inexperienced Chile diced
- 6 of your favourite hamburger buns, cut up and toasted
Instructions
- Warmth grill on medium-high.
- In small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- In giant bowl, gently mix sirloin and chuck and type into 6 (4-inch-wide) patties. Sprinkle either side with salt combination.
- Grill burgers 3 minutes; flip over. High every with slice of cheese. Cowl and cook dinner 3 minutes or till desired and cheese has melted.
- High every with 2 tablespoons inexperienced chiles – (or extra for the chile addict)
- Serve on buns.
