These Garlic Breadsticks are heat, comfortable, and golden on the surface — brushed with melted garlic butter and sprinkled with herbs. They’re identical to those out of your favourite Italian restaurant! Good for dipping in marinara, soup, or having fun with on their very own. Each chunk melts in your mouth with buttery garlic taste and a touch of Parmesan. 🍽️

Components:
For the Dough:
- 2 ½ cups (320 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) lively dry yeast
- 1 cup (240 ml) heat water (about 43°C / 110°F)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped recent parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optionally available)

Directions:
- Activate Yeast:
In a bowl, combine heat water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for five–10 minutes till foamy. - Make the Dough:
Add butter, salt, and flour (slightly at a time) to the yeast combination. Combine till a comfortable dough kinds. - Knead & Rise:
Knead the dough for about 5–7 minutes till easy and elastic.
Place it in a greased bowl, cowl, and let it rise for 1 hour or till doubled in dimension. - Form Breadsticks:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 10–12 items. Roll each bit right into a stick (about 7 inches lengthy).
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Second Rise:
Cowl and let rise once more for 20–half-hour till puffy. - Bake:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake for 12–quarter-hour, till golden brown. - Add Garlic Butter:
Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan, then brush over the new breadsticks proper after baking.
