Fluffy Vanilla Butter Sheet Pancakes

Elements:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1½ cups milk

2 giant eggs

¼ cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment.

In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In one other bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.

Pour moist elements into dry. Stir till simply mixed.

Pour into the pan and clean the highest.

Bake for 18–20 minutes or till puffed and golden.

Slice and serve — delicate like pancakes, however oven-baked!
