◾️Preheat the oven to 170°c.
◾️In a big bowl add oil, white and brown sugar.
◾️Beat till gentle .
◾️Combine within the eggs separately.
◾️Add buttermilk and vanilla then combine properly.
◾️Sift in flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
◾️Then gently combine.
◾️Add the grated carrots, walnuts with raisins, and gently combine.
◾️Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
◾️Divide the batter (combination) equally in 2 baking pans.
◾️Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes minutes or till properly baked.
