Substances:

1 cup grated carrots
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
butter (to grease the mildew)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of milk
Technique:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the grated carrots, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract till easy.
. 3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt till mixed.

4. Add the flour, stirring till mixed. Then, add the milk, stirring till mixed.

5. Pour the dough right into a greased and floured cake pan
. 6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted within the heart comes out clear.
7. Let cool earlier than frosting.
