BEEF AND CHEESE MEXICAN SANCHILADAS
Substances:
For the Beef Filling:
- 1 pound floor beef
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
 - 1 (4 oz) can diced inexperienced chilies
 - 1 tsp floor cumin
 - 1 tsp chili powder
 - Salt and pepper to style
 
For the Sauce:
- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or do-it-yourself)
 - 1/2 cup bitter cream
 
For the Meeting:
- 12 small corn tortillas
 - 2 cups shredded Mexican mix cheese
 - Chopped contemporary cilantro (for garnish)
