- 1 (4 oz) can diced inexperienced chilies
- 1 tsp floor cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to style
For the Sauce:
- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or do-it-yourself)
- 1/2 cup bitter cream
