Banana Bread Cheese Cake With Carmel Bananas

Grease and line base of a 22cm spherical (base) springform pan with baking paper. Grease aspect. Line base and aspect of pan with banana bread, trimming to suit. Refrigerate till required.
Place boiling water in a small heatproof jug. Sprinkle over gelatine. Stir till gelatine dissolves. Cool 5 minutes.
Utilizing an electrical mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, spices and vanilla till mild and fluffy. Steadily add cream, beating till combination thickens barely. With motor working, add gelatine combination, beating till simply mixed. Pour combination into pan. Refrigerate for six hours or till set.

Soften butter in a medium frying pan over medium warmth. Add bananas cut-side down. Cook dinner for two minutes or till calmly browned. Flip. Cook dinner for 1 minute. Switch to a plate. Add additional brown sugar and 1/4 cup additional cream to pan. Cook dinner, stirring, for two minutes or till sauce thickens
Utilizing an electrical mixer, beat remaining additional cream till gentle peaks. Place cheesecake on a serving platter. High with whipped cream, caramelized bananas and caramel sauce. Serve.
