4 massive russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon of dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Chopped recent parsley (for garnish)


Directions 🥣

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or evenly grease it.

Minimize every potato into 8 wedges. Place the potato wedges in a big bowl.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt and black pepper.

Pour olive oil combination over potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.

Prepare the potato wedges in a single layer on the ready baking sheet.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the potato wedges.

Bake within the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or till the potatoes are golden and crisp, rotating them midway via cooking.

Garnish with chopped recent parsley earlier than serving.
