- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecan
- 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 levels
- In stand mixer cream butter and powdered sugar. Flip to low and blend in salt, vanilla, flour and pecans. Roll into one inch balls. Place on parchment lined baking sheets a couple of inches half. Bake for 11-13 minutes or till very frivolously browned. Don’t over bake
- Take away from oven and permit to chill simply sufficient to deal with them. Pour 1 cup powdered sugar in massive Ziploc bag or in a large bowl. Gently add 3-4 cookies at a time and roll them gently within the backside of the bag. Use fork to scoop underneath every cookie and gently shake to take away extra powdered sugar. Place on cooling racks. As soon as utterly cooled roll in powdered sugar bag once more.
