Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Cornflour – 1 tsp
Whipping cream – 1 cup
Mango puree – 1/2 cup
Mango flavor – 1 tsp
Food color – a pinch (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the base: In a saucepan, mix milk and cornflour until smooth. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add sugar: Stir in the sugar and continue heating until dissolved. Let it cool completely.
- Mix mango puree: Add mango puree, mango flavor, and food color (if using) to the cooled mixture.
- Whip cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture.
- Freeze: Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
🍓 Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Whipping cream – 1 cup
5-6 Strawberries – grated or finely chopped
Strawberry essence – 1 tsp
Pink food color – a few drops (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare strawberries: Grate or mash the strawberries and set aside.
- Mix milk and sugar: In a mixing bowl, combine milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- Whip cream: In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine: Mix the milk mixture with the strawberries, strawberry essence, and food color (if using).
- Fold: Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Freeze: Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled!
🍌 Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Ripe bananas – 2
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Whipping cream – 1 cup
Instructions:
- Mash bananas: Mash the ripe bananas into a smooth puree.
- Mix milk and sugar: Stir sugar into milk until dissolved.
- Whip cream: Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine: Mix banana puree into the milk mixture.
- Fold: Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Freeze: Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours or until solid.
