Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or creamy)
2 eggs
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. - Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
1 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
1½ cups flour
½ cup oats
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
- Combine Mixtures:
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix until just combined — do not overmix. - Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - Cool and Serve:
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
