Cream Cheese Buttercream

Substances:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3–4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1–2 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
- In a big bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese till mild and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Add vanilla extract and salt, combine till mixed.
- Regularly add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing nicely after every addition.
- Add heavy cream a tablespoon at a time till desired consistency is reached.
- Beat on excessive for 2 extra minutes to make it further fluffy.
Chocolate Buttercream

Substances:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2½ cups powdered sugar
4 oz melted darkish chocolate (cooled barely)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp heavy cream or milk
Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Beat the butter till creamy (about 2 minutes).
- Add powdered sugar regularly and beat till clean.
- Combine within the vanilla extract and salt.
- Slowly beat within the melted (and cooled) chocolate.
- Add cream or milk one tablespoon at a time till the specified consistency is achieved.
- Beat on excessive for 2 extra minutes for fluffiness.
Espresso Buttercream

Substances:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2½ cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp espresso powder
1 tbsp scorching water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp heavy cream
Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Dissolve the espresso powder in scorching water and put aside to chill barely.
- Beat the butter till fluffy (2 minutes).
- Add powdered sugar regularly and beat till clean.
- Stir within the espresso combination, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time to succeed in desired texture.
- Beat on excessive velocity for one other 1–2 minutes for a creamy end.
Lemon Buttercream

Substances:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp contemporary lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp heavy cream
Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Beat the butter till mild and creamy (2–3 minutes).
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt, combine till included.
- Slowly combine within the powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
- Add heavy cream to regulate consistency.
- Beat on excessive for 1–2 minutes till mild and fluffy.
