Cream Cheese Buttercream

Substances:

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened

3–4 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1–2 tbsp heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a big bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese till mild and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  2. Add vanilla extract and salt, combine till mixed.
  3. Regularly add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing nicely after every addition.
  4. Add heavy cream a tablespoon at a time till desired consistency is reached.
  5. Beat on excessive for 2 extra minutes to make it further fluffy.

Chocolate Buttercream

Substances:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2½ cups powdered sugar

4 oz melted darkish chocolate (cooled barely)

2 tsp vanilla extract

4 tbsp heavy cream or milk

Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Beat the butter till creamy (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add powdered sugar regularly and beat till clean.
  3. Combine within the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Slowly beat within the melted (and cooled) chocolate.
  5. Add cream or milk one tablespoon at a time till the specified consistency is achieved.
  6. Beat on excessive for 2 extra minutes for fluffiness.

Espresso Buttercream

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2½ cups powdered sugar

2 tbsp espresso powder

1 tbsp scorching water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tbsp heavy cream

Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Dissolve the espresso powder in scorching water and put aside to chill barely.
  2. Beat the butter till fluffy (2 minutes).
  3. Add powdered sugar regularly and beat till clean.
  4. Stir within the espresso combination, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Add heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time to succeed in desired texture.
  6. Beat on excessive velocity for one other 1–2 minutes for a creamy end.
