– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)

– 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup bitter cream (room temperature)

– 1/2 cup complete milk (room temperature)

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (non-compulsory)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Put aside.
