RICE WITH VEGETABLES, EASY RECIPES!
Elements:
2 tablespoons corn oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup white onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1a cup of celeri, chopped into small wheels
1 and a half cups of paprika, chopped into squares
1 1/2 cups carrot, finely chopped and beforehand cooked
2 cups of peas or a can
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup inexperienced beans, chopped
3 cups of water from cooking the vegetables
2 cups of washed rice
Preparation:
Within the pot by which the preparation can be made, warmth the butter and oil and sauté the onion till it's clear.
