Substances:
- 1 lb shrimp(455 g), deveined and peeled
SEASONED FLOUR:
- 1 cup flour(125 g)
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
EGG MIXTURE:
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, add seasoned flour components. Combine properly.
- Place half of the flour combination into a big zip lock bag, reserve the remaining.
- Add the shrimp to the bag and shake till every shrimp is coated with flour. Shake off any extra flour.
- In a separate bowl, add egg, milk, and cajun seasoning. Combine properly.
- Dredge the floured shrimp within the egg combination, then coat with the contemporary seasoned flour combination. Warmth oil at 350°F (180°C).
- Fry shrimp for a couple of minutes till golden brown and cooked via.
