CREAMY LEMON SQUARES
Elements
For the crust:
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted;
– 24 squares graham crackers;
– ¼ cup of sugar.
For the lemon filling:
– 2 egg yolks;
– 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk;
– ½ cup of lemon juice.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter and line an 8-inch sq. baking pan with parchment paper (go away some paper hanging on two sides, it can assist to take away the creamy lemon squares)…..
