Brownie Cake

Substances:
1 field chocolate cake combine
1 field fudge brownie combine
4 eggs
1¼ cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup mayo
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a giant bowl, mix the chocolate cake combine and brownie combine.
- Add eggs, water, oil, and mayo. Combine till totally mixed (about 2 minutes).
- Fold within the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the ready bundt pan.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes or till a toothpick comes out largely clear.
- Cool in pan for quarter-hour, then end up onto a wire rack to cool fully.
- Non-obligatory: Drizzle with melted chocolate or ganache earlier than serving.
🧁 Brownie Cupcakes
Substances:
½ cup butter
4 oz chocolate baking bar, chopped
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1½ teaspoons vanilla
½ cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Ganache frosting (optionally available)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Soften butter and chocolate collectively in a saucepan over low warmth, stirring till clean. Let cool barely.
- Stir in sugar and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, combine properly.
- Stir in flour till simply mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill cupcake liners about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or till set.
- Cool fully, then frost with ganache if desired.
🍪 Brownie Cookies

Substances:
1¼ cups flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons heavy cream
¾ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk collectively flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch.
- In one other bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar till mild and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, beat till mixed.
- Add dry components to the moist combination and blend till mixed.
- Stir in heavy cream, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet in heaping tablespoons.
- Bake 10–12 minutes or till edges are set and facilities are tender.
- Cool on the pan for five minutes, then switch to a wire rack.
